{UAH} Is the president of South Africa namely Ramaphosa rebuilding or destroying South Africa?

He is destroying.

1. He is indecisive.
2. He is answerable to Luthuli House (ANC ) and not the S.A. Parliament (His comrades protect him and squash any accountability efforts by opposition parliamentarians)
3. He has some shady business dealings that borders on illegality (Phalaphala issue).(What president hides "legal" USD under a sofa instead of presenting to a bank).
4. He keeps incompetent and tainted ministers in his cabinet.
5. He doesn't know what his cabinet is doing (Russian ship docking in Cape Town and allegedly loaded with arms before departing)
6. He doesn't seem to be in charge of his political party, the ANC, as the party president, he has to run every national decision to the party's top six office bearers and its National Working Committee (Comprising of about 90 members).
