WORLD BANK AND THE HOMOSEXUALITY

Since it's formation in 1944, World Bank has been the global economic patron, deciding what should be done where,why and how. We should recall from it's very rational inception that this global economic opressive,repressivea ND repellent organization has never ever been  a child or father of Africa and Uganda in particular . It was as purely established to rebuild Europe and Japan after world war 2. It's official name was International Bank for reconstruction and devt(IBRD) when it first began business in 1946, it had 38 members. Today most of the world are members. The question is: what makes Uganda and Africa to think that WB is in for African devt? Who funds the World Bank Group(WBG)? It uses trust funds,a financing arrangment set up with contributions from devt partners, the international devt association (IDA) and international finance (IF). Note needs not to be forgotten that WB is a creation of western powers,which came into formation during the United Nations Monetary and financial conference. I wish to quickly retaliate that it's so called funders and partners have been the very exploitative financial institutions which have raped world economies bare. African economies have lost their economic virginity bse of WB and it's agencies.

I am glad that post Soviet states led by Putin's Russia have thought out an alternative to WB. I am further glad that for the first time Museveni has taken the right exactly economic strategy of ignoring WB economic threats bse of Ugandas stance to homosexuality.African states are in a crisis of striking a balance between protecting and preserving the human race and promoting western value systems which are destructive to humanity in totality. We surely know that since 1950s WB has been funding many African so called oriented projects. I can assure you if these projects were really focused in devt, Africa and Uganda in particular would have been swimming in abject poverty,starvation,hunger,malnutrition. The massive increase in the third world indeptedness is largely associated with WB policies,amidist the bitting power levels in Africa which claims almost 14 million lives each year still goes on courtesy of WB,why? Bse,instead of feeding the poor starving fellow Africas,African govts are trapped in continuous payment of WB Debts. Now WB comes out openly to fund and prioritize homosexuality as a devt project. Homosexuality is a good devt project for Europe,not Africa. Homosexuality has now become WBs new Structural adjustment program(SAPs) but we know what happened to the new SAPs and how they all ended up. They told us to sell off all our corporations to capitalists and finally the sales( investment on returns) ended up in the banks of the west. African govts have been reduced to beegers bse of it's reliance to WB advise and policies. Accepting WBs new homosexuality project will be the final nail in Ugandas coffin,all WB will do,as it usually does will be to come around with a good coffin to finally bury our economy. Is this what we want for Uganda?

No country has developed and escaped poverty through WB aid,loans and advise. No beeger becomes rich bse of begging, to the contrary he remains a beeger and dies a beggers, his offsprings are perpetually burried in poverty.

The new paradigm shift should be to adjust our expenditures, rethink our strategic objects, get rid of all WB related establishment,Ugandanize our economy by designing pro Ugandan fiscal policies, build a strong.EA community,grow it,get rid of all WB advisers in Uganda,rebuild our economies, redirect Ugandan elites who have been used to capture the economy through giving western oriented advise to every project. The National Devt Plan(3)NDP should be our focal point of intervetion.

As we do so, we must have it at the back of our mind that more political pressures from WB are coming on board including sponsoring military coup detas, promoting terrorism,insecurity,change of govt etc these are some of the invisible.world bank political economic strategies,for we know that economics proceeds politics.and politics proceeds anarchy. Economics moves hand in hand with politics and politics moves hand in hand with anarchy.

Homosexuality.as a western project should not be given any breathing space,.to the contrary,the parliament should think of instituting more legal measures against the vice. Today Uganda needs western enemies(Russia,China etc) than ever before. Our investments should be directed towards the east,not the west any more. There is much sense to equally rethink western democracy in Uganda.

Time has come to get rid of the World Bank of thieves, plunderers and economic oppressors.. Nyerere once asked,referring to IMF,WBs sister institution " Since when did the international monetary fund( IMF) turn into the International Minister of Finance of Tz? Museveni and his govt, being good students of Nyerere should ask now,"Since when did WB turn into an agency of homosexuality? This homosexuality concencus between WB and it's homosexuals should remain a preserve  and project of the west. These new sexual adventures are suitable to it's innovators
