Cairo Peace Summit on Gaza conflict: who will attend?

(Reuters) -Egypt is hosting an international conference on Saturday to discuss the escalating war between Israel and the Palestinian group Hamas in Gaza.

The list of attendees expected at the Cairo Peace Summit include:
