{UAH} A married man is being cheated on by his wife

A married man is being cheated on by his wife. When the married man finds out, he doesn't confront the wife. Instead, he goes to meet the man sleeping with his wife.

He tells him, "I come in peace. I want to learn from you how you made my wife happy in bed because the last few weeks she has been happy and I know it's because of the sexual satisfaction from you."

Although afraid, the other man agrees to share him tips that his wife likes in bed. The married man then invites him for a drink at a nearby bar so that he can tell him over a drink.

What he doesn't know is that the married man has planned to commit suicide in front of him. He wants to drink poison and start to convulse and die right in the eyes of the man who was sleeping with his wife. He just wants the man to live with guilt.

When they arrive at the bar, the married man orders drinks and they sit at a table. The cheating man starts to narrate how he met the wife and how he sleeps with her, what positions she likes, what she likes to be called during sex etc

The married man then asks, "if you text my wife now that you want her to come to your house for sex, will she come?"

The cheating man says, "don't even doubt it my brother. The way she loves sex with me, she will find an excuse just now."

The married man then asks him to text her. Immediately he texts, the married man gets a call from his wife, "honey, I am going to see my friend Diana. She is not feeling well. I am just letting you know in case you come home before I do."

The married man is now more hurt and has had enough. He excuses himself and goes to the bathroom with his drink where he puts in his fast death poison. Quickly, he types a suicide note on his phone and sends it to the family group.

"I am leaving this life because my wife has been cheating on me. Right now she is on her way to cheat again. Please take care of my children," he writes.

He goes back to the table and puts his drink down. He is now getting numerous calls from family. He decides to pick up his mother's call so he can hear her voice one last time and walks outside leaving his drink.

The cheating man is curious about the drink that the married man ordered and decides go take a sip. Immediately he takes the sip, he starts to convulse. When the married man comes back he finds the cheating man dying surrounded by people until he dies.  The people grab the married man and take him to the police.

Will the married man be charged with murder, attempted suicide or walk free?
