{UAH} President Samuel William RUTO vs Judiciary
William Samoei Ruto the President of the Republic of Kenya has directly accused High Court judges of receiving bribes from two or three persons, to sabotage his programmes in infrastructure, healthcare and housing. The furious President repeated the allegations 5 (five) times at a funeral in Nyandarua yesterday.
These are very serious allegations especially coming from the President and being made in public. We all imagine that the President has the best intelligence in the country and he doesn't take a hard drink so his claims can't be taken lightly.
Now to the Chief Justice of Kenya Martha Koome: You must come out to either conform or deny the or confirm the allegations in no uncertain terms if you have not done that already. No fence sitting or watermelonish response, its a True or False. That's what the oath of office means. Mutunga and Maraga would call a press conference this afternoon.
The judges can't defend themselves, they are waiting for you, just like the rest of the country.
Meanwhile these are the judges that are the subject of Ruto's vicious attack and who have caused him headaches, sleepless nights and high blood pressure.
Justice Chacha Mwita suspended the implementation of the three Health Acts signed by Ruto last year. And the case was filed by thr doctors union, not one or two people.
Judges David Majanja, Christine Meoli and Lawrence Mugambi declared the Housing Levy unconstitutional in November. Infact Mugambi was appointed by Ruto in 2022.
The President (or Koome) must tell us which one of these was bribed, by who, when, where, how, with how much. It can't be wished away. A President cant just escape with such allegations. He must tell us if he will petition the CJ for removal of the judge or judges.
