Kino's video tells a lot about Rwanda's much-talked about development.
Aside from its gleaming towers and clean roads Rwandans are the most miserable Africans- purportedly under the watchful eyes and ears of a very cool dictator
One can see fear and gloom written all over faces of Rwandans.
It is a dayiummm scary country to live in and a prison unto itself.
Equally true of Rwandans one meets abroad. They are timid and amoebic in nature, boring to the extent they believe the harrowing stare of the coolest dictator is spearing them to death if ever they tried to show excitement.
It's government wants rest of the world to treat and handle Rwandan as a country in perpetual state of mourning since the genocide, a country that to be hugged and patted on the back accompanies by words of condolences over the genocide.
Anyway, needless to say Rwanda is in fact the saddest country in the universe.
