{UAH} Tahadhari, kuwa mwangalifu

Over the years I have diagnosed majority Ugandans suffer a hidden yet - same time - visible ailment. This illness is less talked about but exists in many of us. Others may term is negative or risky Obsession, Daydreaming, Delusion, Mania or even Phobia.

Sadly however, ours has been self-destructive. We love to hate and yet do nothing about the person we hate. This backfires to mentallly incapacitate the perpetuator and before he/she knows, Kaboooom....! A case of Mental Diarrhea.

I thought I was making up some new diagnosis and win a Nobel Prize in in Mental Health but waaapi...! Some stooge jumped the queue ahead of the Baboon such as to coin the term Mental Diarrhea.

Attaching oneself with a continuous loop of thoughts, as I would like to call it "Mental Diarrhea" is a state of mind, where we get trapped in a loop, thinking about the same irritating string of thoughts. Triggering point for mental diarrhea is always an event either from past or future that results in irritating episodes of stress which lasts days, months or even years in some extreme cases. 

Oftentimes these unpleasant experiences are related to our personal life, work life or from a combination of both. Irrespective of its origin, mental diarrhea often results in a distorted concentration preventing us from going on with our daily chores as usual.

This is dangerous not only to others but especialy to oneself - the potential cutomer of Mental Diarrhea.

The saddest part of Ugandans' Mental Diarrhea is that we even hate one another for reasons that dont matter or benefit us - by us, I mean those inclined to self-destruct by Mental Diarrhea from hate of others on whom they can not lay their hands to either incapacitlate or even kill'em. Some even hypocritically, pray, for another's death by any means necessary as if they will remain immortal and omnipotent. I wonder which God is prepared to listen to such a prayer - but they happen.

Case in point.

I take US politics to be what it exactly is - a quadrennial made for TV series where contestants, out of the blues, end up hating each other to smithrens. Yet after all is said and done they amicably and admirably cojole, coax and flatter one another while others who seriously sided with thier views would have ended 6ft under or simply vanished from society - all for being dumb. A family reunion where disaggreeing siblings meet every for years to vent anger on each others jagulars before they retreat to catch a breather and wait for another four years - again and again to resume thee episodes.

Its said "when elephants fight, its the grass that suffers"

Enters Ugandans. Uganda's politics has historically been brutal - complete with murders and all sorts voluntary and involuntary exiles. While the made for TV series politics in the US continues to positively thrive after the facts, ours tear us hereditarily as a quality of hatred we wish to genetically pass on to imbue our children and so forth in our lineage.

During certain phases of our lives most of us get acquainted to Mental Diarrhea. Our behaviors get volutarily altered in such a way we try to look for problems that to dont exist, which result in an enormous waste of time and energy. To make matters worst, it forces usfear to make irratioanl decisions out of fear, uncertainty and or inferiority complex expecting the worst possible outcome for the other.

So, Trump or Biden wins and here you lay back happy for not more than a few seconds only to realize you gained a temporary shirtlived victory for your candidate - a candidate who more than likely doesnt represent your interest but for the sake of hate of another person you present yourself as his megaphone. You even suffer extreme Mental Diarrhea after you realize you are not American and the trickle down of his policies across borders and ethnicity will finally find you 6ft under.

Tahadhari, wanakijiji wenzangu kawaida, hamtafaidika na siasa Merikani isipokuwa Kuharisha Kiakili. For the Swahili-deficient, "Caution my fellow villagers, you stand to gain nothing from American politics except Mental Diarrhea"

Otherwise, I am tired of idiots. We have a case of extreme Mental Diarrhea in UAH and a case who could burn himself in order to become white. Patient needs emergency help.
