Shocking Fail: Biden Admin Releases Deadly Gang Leader Into U.S.

In a shocking revelation, it has emerged that a notorious Peruvian gang leader, wanted in his home country for a minimum of 23 murders, was released into the United States by the Biden-Harris administration's Border Patrol in May.

The gang leader, Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, was subsequently arrested by federal authorities in New York after he illegally crossed the southern border.

According to The Post Millennial, Torres-Navarro, 38, the head of the "Los Killers" gang, was detained by Immigration Enforcement and Removal Operations and is currently held in a facility near Buffalo. After illegally entering the US on May 16, he was apprehended by the Border Patrol, issued a notice to appear in immigration court, and then released into the US.

Peruvian officials have painted a chilling picture of Torres-Navarro, describing him as "highly dangerous" and someone who "believed he was untouchable." Col. Franco Moreno, the leader of Peru's High Complexity Crime Investigations Division, informed the Associated Press that Torres-Navarro was "responsible for 23 murders, including other gang leaders who ended up dead along with their families, all in order to increase his criminal leadership."

Torres-Navarro's reign of terror extended to the elimination of rivals who threatened the territory of "Los Killers de Ventanilla y Callao," particularly through the extortion of construction companies. Among his alleged victims was retired police officer Cesar Quegua Herrera and a municipal employee, both of whom were brutally murdered at a restaurant in San Miguel in March.

In early July, Peruvian authorities issued an international capture order for Torres-Navarro. The High Complexity Crime Investigations Division in Peru reportedly traced Torres-Navarro and at least 10 affiliated gang members through phone calls, geolocations, and messages.

Director Thomas Brophy of ICE ERO Buffalo expressed his concern in a press release, stating: "Gianfranco Torres-Navarro poses a significant threat to our communities, and we won't allow New York to be a safe haven for dangerous noncitizens."

Adding to the arrest, Torres-Navarro's girlfriend Mishelle Sol Ivanna Ortiz Ubillius, who is believed to be his accomplice, was also taken into custody and is currently held at an ICE detention center in Pennsylvania. This incident raises serious questions about the effectiveness of the Biden-Harris administration's border control policies and their potential implications for national security.
