Zelensky’s To Present Mysterious "Victory Plan" To Biden, Harris And Trump!

In a recent development, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has unveiled a strategic plan to counter Russia's incursion into the Kursk region, a move that caught Moscow and Kyiv's allies off guard.

This plan, according to Zelensky, will be presented to President Joe Biden and other U.S. presidential hopefuls as part of a broader strategy to achieve victory.

As reported by Newsweek, Zelensky made this announcement at the Ukraine 2024 Independence forum in Kyiv. He stated that the proposal would also be shared with Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump, both of whom are contenders in the upcoming November election.

Trump, without delving into specifics, has consistently asserted his ability to halt the invasion initiated by Vladimir Putin in a single day. Steven Cheung, Trump's campaign spokesperson, recently echoed this sentiment, stating that the Republican candidate is "the only one who can put an end to the war, and it would have never happened if he was still in the White House."

Zelensky, however, emphasized that the success of his plan hinges on "what is in this plan or not, [and] whether we will be free to use this plan, or not." He acknowledged that the plan might seem overly ambitious to some, but he underscored its importance to Ukraine. The Ukrainian president refrained from divulging many details but did reveal that the unexpected gains made in the Kursk incursion were the first part of a four-stage plan. The second stage, he said, pertains to Ukraine's "strategic place in the security infrastructure of the world."

The third component of the plan involves a "powerful package of forcing Russia to end the war in a diplomatic way," while the fourth focuses on the economic sphere. The White House has been contacted for comment on this matter.

Despite the strategic gains in Kursk, where Ukrainian troops have reportedly seized approximately 390 square miles, Russia has made significant advances towards the Donetsk city of Pokrovsk. The capture of this city would be a significant victory for Putin.

Journalist Leonid Ragozin raised questions about the feasibility of Zelensky's "victory plan." He questioned whether the outgoing U.S. president would be capable of supporting a set of measures that could genuinely help defeat Russia. Ragozin expressed skepticism, suggesting that the plan might be as "hollow and unrealistic as 'peace formula'."

Meanwhile, the U.S.-based think tank Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported on Tuesday that Russia had made "significant tactical advances" in the direction of Pokrovsk. This comes amid reports that Ukrainian forces have withdrawn from select areas southeast of this crucial logistics hub. The unfolding situation underscores the complexity of the conflict and the challenges that lie ahead for Ukraine in its quest for victory.
