USA had 18 Departments (Ministries) whereas miniscule Kagutastan has a whopping. There are 30 Cabinet ministers and 50 Ministers of State in the Cabinet of Uganda (2021 to 2026). . There is a lot of chopping required to streamline government operations in Kagutastan to make them efficient at delivering services to Baboims and above all, PARTLY lower the unavoidable corruption which has become synonymous with the country name itself.
