{UAH} AG Kiwanuka defends Uganda's first family in court over clinging to power

The one thing Kagutastani  pollsters have either shied away from or feared performing or simply don't know is undertaking regular and reliable popularity polls of our political leaders to keep and remind the masses voters continue to matter even if next staged elections are years away.

I have thought about the above and come to far different reasons as to why popularity polls can't be genuine and reliable in the country.

Remember, popularity polls are not just about who would win national elections but about who would lead the country better in various subject matters aka issues aka topics such as economy, security, health, governance etc.

Examined together such polls would silently reveal the overall popularity of the leader to look forward to, come next elections. The reader is expected to ruminate of the results and either guess or identfy who the leading person is based on published numbers that a pollster wouldn't conclude due to the two reasons below.

So, why can't polls be reliable in Kagutastan?

Number One: pollsters - if any - and nournalist in Kagutastan are just as gullible and susceptible to Lord Corruption as the country's political leaders including the Tzar.

Either way, there is no way to prove that pollsters have or haven't been bribed to produce credible surveys resilts. Whenever one is undertaken there is more reason to believe it's been or is being sponsored by an individual or party for self interests.and foremost, publicity stuns.

There are regions, districts, localities whose names could be easily erased and replaced by the names of individuals due to their domineering personalities. They stand tall and wider than where they come from. Take an example  the entire Bisoga region is synonymous with Kadaga hence Kadagastan.

However this is only valuable at and for the marketing front, otherwise the lakeshore region is also synonymous with a nasty, irritating parasite which males it difficult to chose between good and evil.

Number Two: The fear of forceful admission to Luzira or Kitalya "Universities". There will always be invisible but heavily felt nimbo-cumulous clouds of security weighing and breathing on the necks of polsters the ultimate dangers of being jailed or killed should the polls numerous times favor of the opposition and for those who can't ask how high they should jump to inherently corrupt unwritten policies.

There is that one person whose soul hangs and weights our shoulders, whose Sacrifices have been well documented globally and has been favored since he fell away from the ruling class - a political Saint if imay say.

Uganda down to its villages were destined to develop by the sheer force of human ingenuity and to say there has been development just because of one man is irredeemable fallacy.

For many, Uganda is Kampala and Kampala is Uganda. Period. Unlike Uganda our Eastern neighbor's capital isn't known by many but it's coastal city which is famous for its beaches and birches is.

Likewise, senior promotions in Kenya's military aren't decided or made by the president as in Kagutastan. There is a military council that decides on who gets promoted, not the president. That way, promotions are by merits, not kins and tribes otherwise Kenya would be having one of the largest number or armchair Generals in world like South Sudan.

If I could ask forumists to name one Kenya army General we would all scratch our heads to bare-bone skulls but they are there. Ours are more than ladies of the night in Kabalagala.

Everytime I read the news a completely unheard of General pops up while many simply vanish from daylights to where we don't know. Generals we have never heard rise through the ranks. This means only one person dictates their promotions from zero to Generals. and he owns the army as a personal business corporation.

Sorry I strayed away from the pollsters thingi. In fact, Uganda has impeccable statisticians. One of them from my neck of the forest is seen on YouTube educating Ugandans on their zero chances of winning big on gambling and the lady is extremely good with numbers and has unmatched eloquence.

This followed a series of school-going boys who diverted their fees to gambling, lost them all and did the obvious - hanged themselves or went on suicides by other means.

Inevitably, the Perennial Kagutastani jailbird and Mutwa/Batwa from Bwindi forest has been leading as most favored leader although unannounced and unpublished even though he leads no political paerty

BESIGYE, that is.

My fear is that the fabricated allegations against the man will see him behind bars till after elections or we will never see him in daylight anymore.

I am of the opinion that the regime must have heard snoops and snippets of his comeback as party leader. He makes Yuri do the Salva Kiir in his pants.

Does Yuri Musevninsky know that Ugandans are tired and don't like him anymore?

Yes. Yes he knows.

Your honor, plaintiff rests its case.
