Sunday, 1 December. Story 3.

Hie Pemphero. I am a 48 years old man. It was back in 2009 when my wife told me that her mother wants to see us. By then my wife and I had been married for 4 years with no gift of a child. So my wife's mum said he found us a witchdoctor who can help us. He said in one month my wife will go pregnant but we must sacrifice it by abortion. 

It happened exactly like that but my wife said she can't abort so she went to her Reverend who prayed and said we should keep the child. In 9 months my wife gave birth to a dead child and immediately she went mad. She was mad until she died in 2014. As for me since then things aren't okay. I see things when I'm walking. When I see a woman she sometimes start to look like my wife. So all the time I get shocked like i can't get used to it so I scream and run then I also go mad..but after some days or hours I get to normal. My life is ruined.

I have two masters degree but can't find a job and I stay with my 79 years old mum. It's so heartbreaking because everyone has given up on me including men of God. I have no one apart from my mum and I wonder what will happen when she is no longer there. Like today am fine and thinking straight then next week I may go mad. I am so tired and pena ndimapempha mulungu anditenge. Please pray for me if you see this!
