{UAH} A SAMPLE TO HOW DEMOCRATS WEAPONIZED THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE
Friends
This is where we have a greater problem with Democrats weaponizing both the Department of Justice and the January the 6th. This police officer was thrown by Democrats to a court of a United States Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the District of Columbia. She is a Democrat and she was appointed to that office by a one Barrack Obama. Now to those of us that prefer to follow cases to see how justice is to all we check how she has been making rulings previously, and here we so go. This is Judge Jackson’s history.
1} In 2012 she ruled that the National labor relations board had the authority to promulgate a Federal regulation requiring the posting of workplace posters informing workers of the right to organize and collectively bargain.
2} In 2015 she ruled against a coalition of business that challenged a National Labor and Relations Board rule expediting elections.
3} She ruled against the Catholic church twice in 2013 and 2015.
4} In 2017 she dismissed the case of wrongful death against Hillary Clinton, filled by two parents of Americans that died in Benghazi
5} She held Paul Manafort and Rick Gates cases driving them through hall, she took their passports, denied them a right to travel, threw a monitor on their legs, and lastly threw both to jail anyways for they were Trump supporters.
6}2018 she got her hands on Alex Van Der Zwaan a British who was a Gates associate practicing in London, she squeezed a guilty plea out of him for lying to investigators, regarding “the alleged Russian collusion” but after that plea she sentenced him to jail for one month, and fined him $20,000. After that payment and jail sentence she packed him on a plane and deported him to Holland for he was a Trump supporter. The president pardoned him December 2020.
7} Do you remember the Roger Stone case that ended up so fucked up badly? That entire mess that took place to become a nightmare to the entire Department of Justice ran through the court of the same Judge Jackson. To cut the story short, Roger Stone ‘s case was silly, the jury was so tainted and before he was sentenced the president threw the entire case out.
Most of the cases that walked out of the Mueller investigations walked through the courts of this one Democrat judge and this same judge ran most of the cases of January the 6th. And here is an officer walking to jail for 22 years for a Democrat judge has said so.
Many of these political victims are decent people that deserve a pardon than the children rapists that Joe Biden has pardoned.

Ex-DC Police Officer Convicted in Capitol Riot Probe Obstruction Case
Former DC Police Lieutenant Shane Lamond has been convicted of obstructing justice by leaking confidential information to the Proud Boys ahead of the Capitol riot. Lamond warned Tarrio about a pending arrest related to a BLM banner burning. Lamond’s sentencing is scheduled for April 3.
Details of the Conviction
Shane Lamond, a former Metropolitan Police Department lieutenant, was found guilty of obstructing the justice process by supplying confidential information to Enrique Tarrio, the former leader of the Proud Boys. U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that Lamond had not only interfered with the investigation but also provided misleading statements to federal officials, breaching his duty as a public servant.
The court determined that Lamond informed Tarrio about a forthcoming arrest related to his involvement in burning a Black Lives Matter banner. This breach of confidentiality not only hampered law enforcement activities but also exhibited a severe dereliction of duty.
Trial and Testimonies
During the trial, both Shane Lamond and Enrique Tarrio testified, with Lamond denying the charges and Tarrio corroborating his defense. However, Judge Jackson criticized Tarrio’s testimony, labeling it unconvincing, and observed that Lamond was no longer using Tarrio as an informant once 2020 concluded. This dynamic between the two shed light on a role reversal that saw Tarrio being privy to law enforcement intendments.
“As proven at trial, Lamond turned his job on its head — providing confidential information to a source, rather than getting information from him — lied about the conduct, and obstructed an investigation into the source,” said U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves.
Tarrio had already received a 22-year prison sentence for his involvement in the lead-up to the January 6 Capitol riot, further placing Lamond’s criminal actions within a broader, more concerning context.
Implications of the Conviction
The conviction of Shane Lamond sets a precedent about the repercussions of law enforcement officers compromising their duty. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves pointed out that instead of collecting intelligence to protect the community, Lamond’s sharing of sensitive information did the exact opposite. This misconduct reflects the larger issue of trust and accountability within the institutions meant to safeguard the public.
“The intelligence gathering role that Lamond was supposed to play is critical to keeping our community safe. His violation of the trust placed in him put our community more at risk and cannot be ignored,” said U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves.
This case embodies the betrayal of trust placed upon those in high positions, highlighting the need for stringent oversight. Lamond’s sentencing is set for April, with many watching closely to see the outcome and consequences of his actions.
