We are posting that a former Makerere University Guild president, and my very long time neighbor in this city, George Okurapa, has passed away tonight. Sources close to his wife are informing us that he has succumbed to cardiac arrest few hours ago. As this is breaking news as I am posting, we are going to update this information as it develops as the morning breaks, but as of right now this is what we know, we have lost a very good neighbor and a good man. Again George Okurapa has passed away in this city as we wake up this morning.
