{UAH} PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO J D VANCE'S STATEMENT
Friends
And this was my exact argument that you all ignored few days ago, as this entire barrage of executive orders walk out of this White House, yes the aim is to transform America, but what the administration is really looking for is to test the powers of the executive. If you argue that everything in America is changed by congress, why bother electing a president? Why bother allowing him to appoint the executive? Well Trump has a residence in Mar A Largo, you have sworn him to power, how about he fly’s back to Mar A Largo and he waits on congress to run the country? Let’s see how that will go. So somehow and in some way a button is going to be pushed, and someone must stand up and clearly state what the executive does, and what it does not do, that is what Trump is looking for. Canada spent so many years as a peace keeping country, and in 1993 we went to Somalia under the UN to keep peace, our soldiers raped Somali women and beat up Somali men and killed them. John Chretien fired the entire Airborne Regiment from soldiers to house keepers. In America Democrats are singing only one song, that firing cannot be done, oh my God you cannot punish a soldier for that can only be done by congress. Well then turn Congress into the Commander in chief.
For a very long time United States has had a problem with recruitment in military, but since Trump walked in, and the new secretary sworn in, policies like DEI cut out, the recruitment in the military is defined as gangbusters, the last number I saw was that they have at minimum got 81,000 Americans waiting in line to be registered to serve, it is the single highest number in the last 10 years. Did Congress invite them? At the rate they are lining up, Trump is going to leave the military ranks full with every personnel they need. What is it that he is doing that you have failed to do all along the way?
So as many of you are screaming about these changes, some of us are watching to see the real limits of the executive, what are they, and what are their limits. And it is interesting, every executive order that has been stopped by a judge, it is put on a stop for only days, two days or three days, not a single executive order has been permanently rejected. An illegal has come to United States, he has been ordered deported, and the Biden administration has refused to deport him due to Sanctuary city laws, he has used those same laws and he has not only raped an American but he has murdered her too, why is it wrong to send him to Guantamo? Oh I remember now that decision has to be made by Congress.
Well may be then what you need is to stop electing a president, and let Congress run the country. You simply can’t have an executive that does not run a country can you? It is to take this executive for a ride and see just how far it can take us.

'Please pay attention': J.D. Vance's statement after big court loss alarms legal experts

Vice President J.D. Vance signaled that President Donald Trump's administration is poised to ignore a judicial ruling, according to experts.
Raw Story reported on Saturday that legal analysts looking at Elon Musk's social media activity predicted that he would at least consider denying a major court order that limited his access to Treasury Department data.
The next day, Vance seemed to indicate that same plan, according to attorneys. The V.P. said in part, "Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power."
This led to the Co-director of the Liberty and National Security Program at the Brennan Center for Justice, Elizabeth Goitein, saying, "The Trump administration seems to be gearing up to defy a court order, with JD Vance tweeting this morning: 'Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.'"
"The battle lines for our democracy have been drawn," she added. "As anyone who has had an introductory civics class knows, if a president disagrees with a court order, the remedy is to appeal. There’s a reason Trump & co. don’t like that option: they know their actions are illegal and many will be rejected even by Trump’s own SCOTUS justices."
In her conclusion, Goitein said, "Ultimately, SCOTUS will decide whether the administration’s actions reflect 'legitimate executive power.'"
"If the Trump team ignores the courts, any remaining doubt will be gone: they are trying to reverse the revolution that overthrew King George and gave birth to democracy," she added.
CNN anchor Jim Sciutto shared that commentary, and added, "Please pay attention to this."
Former Department of Justice white-collar crime prosecutor Ankush Khardori appeared on MSNBC on Sunday, where he was also asked about the Vance comment.
"This is disturbing," he said on the weekend show.
Editor Nathan J Robinson said, "They didn't teach us much law at Yale Law School but one thing I do remember is that actually when the executive branch violates the law, the judiciary is fully entitled (and obligated) to command the executive branch to behave legally."
