{UAH} RDF casualties in DRC

🚨Soldiers from Rwandan troops have been killed in secret operations in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), contradicting claims of Rwandan troops.

Kigali that its soldiers are not involved in the conflict over there.

Multiple intelligence, military and diplomatic sources say a "very significant" number of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) soldiers have died supporting an offensive by M23 rebels in the DRC.

Two senior intelligence officials with knowledge of the RDF say Rwanda's real losses likely collide with 'Miles', but pin down a definitive figure is difficult.

Another leading source claims that a number of dead Rwandan soldiers were secretly buried in "common graves" in DRC when it was impossible to return their bodies across the border.

They say families were receiving empty coffins when the bodies could not be returned. "All the soldiers who perished in DRC could not be repatriated, especially in areas affected by many fires.

"Some were buried in common graves," they added.

Rwandan casualties are so high that a new wing has been constructed at Kigali Military Hospital to cope with it. His morgue is full, source says.
