At this point we can add that this plane had two pilots, the first pilot had a real problem piloting, but we  are more interested into the copilot who was a girl Kendal Swansea age 26, she had got a flying license six weeks prior to the accident, she graduated from North Dakota in December 2022, the university has a very aggressive flying course, she interned at Alaska air service Anchorage for the summer of 2021, fall of 2022 she became an instructor of flying, a common way to build hours of flying, to qualify for a flying certificate, in 2023 she got an ATP certificate, it is called an ATP certificate for to be a pilot you need to have 1500 hours of flying, and ATP does not need to reach those hours, so she was restricted to be a pilot or a copilot.

 

On her record as of today we are un able to figure out if she had flown for six months or a year , it is possible she flew for a year but she failed to register it on her record, but what is recorded is that she was on flight for only six months. There is a class called OE which is Online Experience and that is all she had.

 

As we put all these details together it is important to understand that this was a Delta flight being sub leased by Endeavor, and both companies are not releasing any information, since the crash. All details on the employees have been removed from the net so you cannot go back and cross check who had what.

 

But what is so interesting is that Delta air lines has handed over 30,000 dollars US to every passenger that was on the flight, whether you have sued or not sued yet. The money is available you just have to prove that you were a passenger on the crashed flight.

 

Do you think if this co-pilot was a man she would have been allowed to pilot this air craft? And that is the danger of DEI, and now they are trying their best to run away from it as fast as possible.
