{UAH} A FOLLOW UP ON THE UKRAINE RUSSIA PEACE NEGOTIATION

As much to some of us this discussion is of importance, there is not so much that has happened so far, we are having a 30 days hold on hostilities on the black sea, and it is on that 30 day hold I need to post an update. Way back when the war was being pumped up by the Democrats, Zelensky had a problem telling them the truth. The man was getting all kinds of weapons he needed from them, he was getting all funding he wanted from them, and they were the decision makers for if that war went out of hand, it was the American government going to be responsible. So the decisions on what he blows up was being made in the Pentagon after being approved by the White House. In 2022 without warning the then White House, Zelensky sank the Mosvka, a flagship of Russia’s black sea fleet, by striking it by two Ukrainian R-360 Neptune anti-ship missiles.

 

The Biden administration did not know that Zelensky had those Missiles in stock, they actually got them from France and both the French and Ukraine never told the White House about this supply. Now the White House had to explain to Russia why its flag ship had been sunk, and they had to respond. The administration was surprised, angry, and went into panic for they did not know how Russia will respond. Putin at that time became the adult in the room, he kept quiet to the White House, to Ukraine and to France. In all ships we have in all waters out there that Putin would have blown up, he did not blow up any ship, he let it go.

 

As Technocrats are discussing the details of this cease fire, both sides are in constant consultation with their governments, and after they get responses they report back to the discussions on the table back in Riyadh. And this makes both leaders, President Trump and Putin current to what the technocrats have agreed on, and they make public announcements based on where the technocrats have arrived. What we are finding out lately, is that after the Zelensky technocrats agree on issues and brief their governments, Zelensky goes back to his people, and he makes the very opposite statements from what the technocrats have agreed upon.

 

We are starting to realize that there is a third axis, outside the technocrats discussion in Riyadh, we think that axis includes Zelensky the British government and the French government. So after Zelensky government agrees with the technocrats and they brief the American government which briefs the Russian government, Zelensky goes back to the two government and makes separate and opposite statements. There are two concerning issues that have happened, after the thirty days begun, Ukraine attacked Russian power lines and Gas supply lines. When Russia complained, Ukraine said that it never attacked anything in Russia and Russia attacked its own assets. In response Russia responded by attacking Ukraine Energy facility and the Russian Defense department agreed that it made the attack in response to what Ukraine did. To this posting, Ukraine does not agree anywhere that it broke the cease deal. Let me add that after the phone call between the two presidents, both countries exchanged 175 prisoners of war,  after that exchange Russia added on an additional 22 hospitalized Ukraine soldiers. Ukraine did not release any Russian hospitalized soldiers.

 

In the technocrats discussion, there are issues that had been settled, United States and Ukraine were going to sign an agreement on minerals and Ukraine was going to pay the value of weapons United States had given them in the war. That was settled way back at the beginning of these talks, in fact the White House had started to state that an agreement was being prepared to be signed, and Zelensky said at a certain point that he was waiting for an invitation to come back to the White House to sign the agreement. As late as last Friday, Zelensky held a press conference in Ukraine on a local radio station, and he told his people that Ukraine was not going to hand its minerals to any one, he added as well that the money that was given to Ukraine by United States was gift and it is never going to be paid back. That is as late as last Friday. And that is how different is the message between the technocrats in Riyadh and Zelensky.

 

There is a single message that has started to come out of Washington and Moscow which is uniform, both cities want this war to end as soon as possible, both cities believe that it must end by both sides talking to each other, the thirty days cease fire were set up to allow the technocrats to have a time to build the major pillars that will allow the Ukrainians and Russians to be able to start a direct discussion to how this war can end. Both cities today, do not believe that this goal can be achieved with Zelensky as the leader of Ukraine.
