Destroying the courts and judges because they are upholding the laws is treason. Read the Constitution. The three branches of government are Congress, Executive, and Juducial and are created in the Constitution, and one branch cannot eliminate the other. Overthrowing any branch is treason - no matter who tries that.

To remove a judge from office, the House must pass articles of impeachment by a simple majority vote and then the Senate must vote by at least a two-thirds majority to convict the judge. Republicans control both chambers of Congress but do not have a two-thirds majority in the Senate.

Judges cannot be impeached for upholding the laws and the Constitution.

The federal court system was established by the Judiciary Act of 1789, which was signed into law by President George Washington on September 24, 1789, and was one of the first acts of the First Congress.
