{UAH} THE ADMINISTRATION HAS PUT ITS FINAL OFFER TO THE UKRAINE WAR

This reminds me a very long piece I wrote that many out there simply ignored, where I said that this administration is not going to play the games of Democrats, the games of Europe especially United Kingdom and France. And here we so are today. The administration has put the ball in the hands of Europe and SPECIFICALLY Ukraine, and  today we need an answer from London. You want to participate? This is your day. Let us remember a very crucial factor here, the Trump administration does not own this war, it found it running with Democrats, the administration only offered to end it on only humanitarian grounds. for four years the Biden administration did not try even for a second to talk to Putin, they believed into bombing him into surrender, the administration, believes that NATO can never bomb Putin to surrender, it believes that NATO needs to learn to live with Putin. But NATO also has a right to go and blow Putin out of Moscow, we are fine with that as long as it does it alone.

 

Now let us go into the details as I have seen them.

 

Democrats sent so many weapons just before they left office to Ukraine/Poland, all those weapons are not going to be used by Zelensky, and he is not going to get any more weapons. Many of them are being pulled back to either Germany of to the ships. If UK, France and Germany decide to pump this war back up, yes they can, but United States is not going to be involved into it. The parts of Ukraine that have been taken by Russia during this war, are not coming back, they are now Russian parts except those that have been listed in the agreement, so Ukraine is never going to be back to what it was before the attack. Which puts me to the last conclusion, it means that the regions that Putin is controlling, owns the earth minerals and those minerals are now owned by Putin, so we don’t actually need Zelensky’s signature any more to access them, what we need is Putin’s signature to access them. And it can be a job of United States and Russia to protect that part of Ukraine from both Ukraine and NATO to mine those rare earth minerals. What we need today is to sign an agreement with Putin.

 

I just read another report that many weapons that Democrats sent to Poland before they left office, are being redeployed in different places, for we are trying to calm the situation in the region, for as by this side we are no longer at war with Russia. Instead of weapons being ferried to Ukraine, we are going to fly diplomats and talks will continue.

 

As by this posting I am still waiting on Zelensky’s decision on this ultimatum. In today’s I told you, America is done.

JD Vance threatens to abandon Russia, Ukraine peace negotiations with Trump’s ‘final offer’ on the table

Vice President JD Vance threatened to abandon Russia and Ukraine peace negotiations on Wednesday ahead of a high-stakes meeting in London where the two warring nations are to discuss President Trump’s “final offer.”

“We’ve issued a very explicit proposal to both the Russians and Ukrainians, and it’s time for them to either say yes or for the US to walk away from this process,” Vance told reporters during his trip to India. “We’ve engaged in an extraordinary amount of diplomacy.”

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who was expected to take part in the tense London discussions, has already bailed on the summit, where the US is expected to continue its push for a quick end to the conflict despite Ukraine’s commitment to keeping territory occupied by Russia, CNN reported.

The US expects Ukraine to respond to a peace proposal — described as Trump’s “final offer” — that includes official US recognition of Crimea as part of Russia and “de facto recognition” of most of the areas Russia has occupied since the 2022 invasion, sources familiar with the discussions told Axios.

Ukraine would also be barred from joining NATO, but could potentially join the European Union, according to a one-page document outlining the key points of the proposal that was presented to European leaders in Paris last week.AD

Additionally, all sanctions imposed on Russia since 2014 would be lifted and Washington and Moscow will pledge greater economic cooperation, particularly regarding energy production, Axios reported.

What Russia gets

·       Formal US recognition of Ukraine’s Crimea peninsula as Russian territory — a major departure from Washington’s longstanding Welles doctrine, which refuses to acknowledge annexed territory as belonging to the seizing power.

·       “De facto” recognition of Russia’s occupation of four regions in eastern Ukraine, meaning the US would acknowledge Moscow controls the Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts while formally considering them Ukrainian land.

·       A pledge that the US would not support Ukraine becoming a member of NATO.

·       Lifting sanctions to boost Russia’s economy, which has struggled throughout its war on Ukraine.

·       Opportunities for more economic cooperation with the US, especially in the energy and industrial fields.

What Ukraine gets

·       Assistance from European military forces as “a robust security guarantee” following a cease-fire. The US would not be involved in this measure.

·       Russia would return a small portion of Ukraine’s Kharkiv oblast currently occupied by Moscow.

·       Navigation rights in the Dnieper River, which runs along the front lines.

·       Assistance in post-war rebuilding, though it is unclear from where that funding would come.
Ukraine in return would receive “a robust security guarantee” from European and non-European countries, but the details on what that would look like were not immediately clear.

A small part of the Kharkiv oblast occupied by Russia would be returned to Ukraine and it would have complete access to the Dnieper River.

Kyiv would also receive funding to help rebuild, although the document did not indicate where that money would come from.

Wednesday’s talks follow a meeting between leaders from the US, UK, Germany and France last week where America’s plan was discussed.

In Rubio’s stead, Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, will represent the US in London, according to CNN.
