Apply to be a White House Intern The White House Internship Program is a public service leadership program that provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and build leadership skills. Focused on cultivating future leaders, the program deepens interns' understanding of the Executive Office and prepares them for careers in public service.   Interns take on tasks such as conducting research, managing inquiries, attending meetings, writing memos, and staffing events, gaining hands-on experience that is both impactful and enriching.   In addition to daily responsibilities, interns participate in weekly activities like a speaker series, professional development workshops, and volunteer projects. These events foster a sense of community and shared purpose among participants.   The Summer 2025 program emphasizes leadership development and community impact while honoring the White House’s legacy as a training ground for emerging leaders. Summer 2025 Internship Timeline: Application Posted – April 7, 2025 Application Deadline – April 23, 2025   Acceptance Notifications Complete – May 9, 2025   Internship Start Date – June 4, 2025 Internship End Date – August 8, 2025
