{UAH} Politics 101,: Former Kenyan DP Riggy G to join Kasongo in the Milima Kenya tour

Former DP Rigathi Gachagua will join President William Ruto on the Mt Kenya tour after months of secret unity talks, signaling a shift in their political dynamics.

 Despite public clashes among allies, the two leaders have been privately engaging since the beginning of the year to ease tensions and prioritize national development.

"It all became apparent in weeks leading up to the latest Mt Kenya tour that politics should be set aside for the sake of national development and unity," said one of Impeached Dp's aides.

The visit is expected to focus on economic and infrastructure concerns in the region while demonstrating leadership cohesion ahead of 2027. Residents and analysts see this reconciliation as a crucial step that could bring tangible development benefits to Mt Kenya.🙌
