{UAH} THE SECRETARY OF STATE HAS CANCLLED THE TOUR OF AFRICA

 

Just a note

 

There has been a changing plan on the Secretary of State visit to Africa, and it was narrowed down to a couple of countries including passing through Nairobi and Aldiss, Be informed that as of this morning, the entire African tour has been cancelled. Kenya still has an issue with its dealing with Southern Sudan which is not very clear, Ethiopia is becoming un stable too. The Department is stating that at a later time the heads of those states will come to Washington may be.

 

As by this morning, the trip of the Secretary of State through Africa has been cancelled.
