Gen. John Malual Biel Dak has issued a strong warning to the government in Juba, demanding the immediate release of detained leaders.

He cautioned that failure to comply would lead to serious consequences, with unspecified actions set to unfold in Upper Nile starting today. Tensions are rising as the situation develops.
