{UAH} Wish y'all Baboons understood this language
https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMBG9xvX5/
This is Turkana version of K'jong with no differencs. Lady is declaring her intentions to campaign for a seat in the assembly.
Her eloquence and perfection at delivering substance out of her native tongue is unmatched in many EA seats. Calm, composed and bellowing TKOs. I was able ti understand every word despite not speaking the language for decades.
See, eeh..!, many Kagutastani MPs can not even communicate eloquently in their mother tongues, let alone deliver substance.
The big kahuna is number one on the list. He can't communicate or deliver substantance in Kinyankole, Kinyarwanda and Bahima - if it's a distinct language of the Bahima - languages often associated with his convoluted ethnic origin.
This is very characteristic of our MPs. Majority are fucked up originals of their villages having been contaminated by urban concoctions of multiple languages and cultures.
Making matters worse, their brains too, are warped up making none think straight.
I need to be invited to a national live platform where I can shove my observations in their facial orifices.
Once I was called by an anonymous lady who said she was a DND (Defense) official.
Apparently, their daughter was not going for her first missionary stint in Africa, or Uganda but Karamoja in particular.
Accordingly it was in te days of rabid cattle raids as well.
The mother wanted to know a boy of the people her daughter was about to leap in their midst.
That was when i started fearing our UG embassy or HiComm in Ottawa.
Poorly and lightly staffed but can be lethal...and surprising.
Before talking further, i asked how she got my phone number and most esp how she came to believe I knew and grew up in good'ol Karamoja. Not many many people know I am of Acholi birth but culturally raised K'jong...that includes language
Straight up answer was, "directed by your embassy"
Kwa ukwanza, I wasn't even any close to the embassy, neither knew or had any acquaintances at the moldy premises.
That meant only one thing. The embassy brainstormed and some close Kagutastani to me shoved a hotrod up my tight a'hole - aka, betrayed me as a K'jong or one with knowledge and spoke K'jong
Anyway, cornered Baboon relented. Officer invited Baboon to her house the meet said daughter.
Miraculously, family was just two blocks from my crib. We were both surprised.
Come day to knock on the door, Baboon finds out its a military family with both hubby and wifey Captains in the army. They were far too much cordial and not worried about the little girl going to a notoriously violent pad in Africa.
Said daughter was introduced to Baboon and all hell broke loose.
A verbally rapacious girl who talked to much and asked too many questions. That was expected.
Over dinner, I told her just a for word-sentence.,"They are Maasai Offshoots". Maasai it the global official rep of this group of pastoral nilotic
Told her of a few formalities for meeting them in addition to the DOs and DON'Ts of K'jongs
And that was all.
Four months latet I had even forgotten the muchacha I received a UG call with the opening word "Ejoka" to which I answered "Ejok"... followed by a flurry of clear-cut conversations in K'jong. I was equally surprised that after decades of not speaking the language I indeed showed mastery.
It was the missionary girl. Said she was in Namalu.
That was when she told me once you learn to speak a language and not speak it for many years, it doesn't really fade but goes into hibernation until it is awakened
