{UAH} DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT- KHAKASA WAPENYI MD

Dear Ugandan Community and Friends,

Hon. Frida Kasse Wapenyi Mubanda, MP for Masaka District and Ambassador Eldad Wapenyi, announce the sudden and untimely passing of their daughter, Khakasa Wapenyi, MD, on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 in New York City, after a short illness. Khakasa is survived by both her parents and her siblings David and Pande Wapenyi,

Preparation are being made to take the body to Uganda.

There will be a memorial service on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at 2.00 pm and thereafter a gathering of family and friends at 24 Lanark Road, Yonkers.

Service will be at:
Bryn Mawr Chapel
23 Lockwood Avenue
Yonkers, at 2.00 pm, Sunday
