{UAH} Ugandans who eat human fresh & there's no law to stop it?

Among the laws of Uganda,non prohibits human flesh consumption...so how ever much that man is dragged,he wont be convicted in the courts of law. Those police men can only prevent possibilities of Lynching.

Come to think of it, cannibalism is a mental issue that needs to be addressed in a mental hospital.
