BUGANDA SHOULD STRIKE A DEAL WITH THE CENTER
Brothers and sisters, as we mark 24th anniversary of Kabaka's
coronation, Buganda should intensify its demand for a federal form of
government for the whole of Uganda more than never before and as NRM
is also interested in uplifting presidential age limits, a compromise
position will be, insha Allah, reached at. That was my message on BBS
Telefayina Eyaffe this morning with Omugave Morris Mukiibi.
