[UAH] EC seeks shs. 1.2 Trillion for 2016 polls but do we still need elections in Uganda????? we have the man with no"the vision"

The Electoral Commission has launched the road map to the 2016 General election. It says it needs about 1.2 trillion shillings for the polls
 
All that for what since we have never had Free and Fair Elections. Let them Just announce the winner since we know it will Be Business as Usual. This is Trash and Crap.Why all that money to organise an "election" whose outcome was known even in 1986? Please some people in Kasese have lost homes enable them to get resettled! Donate to them some dimes instead of wasting it in Selections!
 
How many hospitals can that money build? The outcome is know M7 will rig leaving the opposition in court.
