[UAH] Corruption report blames weak State Institutions
The Uganda debt network has blamed government for not doing much in the fight against corruption. This was at the launch of the 12 year corruption report released today. The report cites weak government institutions that are not doing much to fight the vice. The report also mentions senior political leaders that are involved in corruption. The Ethics Minister - Father Simon Lokodo argues that government is still committed in the fight against the vice
I mentally shake hands with that repport, how else would you describe the state of affairs inuganda, some one stands on a rally and says he hates corruption the same person bribes members of parliament to exnorate his corrupt minister, and as if thats not enough himself is an architect of the vice so ifthats not a paradox of sorts then what is it! the most corrupt institutions are judiciary and parliament. so if these two are worst, do expect uganda to be a corrupt free country?
