[UAH] Kayihura@As the saying goes... Uganda plans Tanzania trys and Rwanda implements.
In September last year, the Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura announced that the force would deploy two Police Officers in commuter buses plying long routes. True to this promise and with the onset of the festive season then, traffic and other Police Officers could be seen boarding vehicles to ascertain the safety of the passengers, skill of the drivers and condition of the car
Kayihura was not concerned about saving peoples lives by doing that instead he was wouldwinking bus companies to provide free transport for his officers back to the village during the festival season, that's why it failed after. No project can be implemented to sucess by the Ugandan police without them benefiting comreads remember way happened during the seat belt implementation in passage vehicles.so our government institutions ar full of thieves who just fordge opportunities to benefit themselves but they ar not at all concerned about the people they lead. How can U implement a great project with inadequent man power and U say U failed along the way because of man power. It shows that no premenary survey was done before project implementation and U see these are our institutions they are wasting our resources but we ar acting as if we don't have ears to hear, eyes to see and take the necessary actions. Please wakeup Ugandans otherwise they will lobe us untill the treasury is empty, this is our country we should have a sense of belonging and a sense of responsibility to protect what belongs to us for a better vision 2040 to be achieved
