[UAH] EU asks Museveni to promote rule of law and democracy:

The European Union Ambassador to Uganda - Roberto Ridolfi has urged President Museveni to promote democracy, human rights and the rule of law to achieve holistic development in the Country. Ambassador Ridolfi was speaking at the Europe Day Celebration held at his Kampala residence last night. The function was graced by President Museveni and a host of European and Ugandan dignitaries.
