oh my goodness    IN CASE YOU WERE NOT AWARE, THEY DO THIS FOR SPITTING AND DROPPING GUM ON THE PAVEMENT. OUCH !!!! Singapore Punishment for drunk driving, first offence. This hurt to watch, but it's considered more effective than a $500 fine with probation. Nine lashes with a rattan cane for drunk driving first offence!   Trying to sit down after this would be a problem.  The second offence is worse!   Singapore does not have a big drunk driving problem. After watching this, one can understand why they don't.     Before you drive in singapore
