1.Is the police hotline: 0800199199 working? Please find out. This command center toll free line:0800199399 is also not effective, sometimes. Some phone companies charge people who call these lines. Have a word with them, please
2.please clarify what it means for a car to be required to have reflectors. In my understanding, I know of 2 types of reflectors..
a) the square red and white plates with 'L' or 'R' that I see on the back of pickups and trucks.
b) triangular reflectors that I keep in my car boot. Motorists usually display these in case of an emergency stop either in the middle of the road or on the side of it.
Which ones did you refer to in the new express penalty scheme?
