[UAH] Gen.Kale@Some wild suggestions about drunkards at the police;

1. why not alert us through this page that u will be on patrol for drink driving, so we dont drink then
2. most accidents that happen are after mid night- can we then suggest that drink driving parades happen after midnight
3. zero tolerence of drink drive is commendable but can we also respect the thresholds
4. Drunk person by law is incapable- so why make them give statements? statements are as null and void in my view
5. is there a possibility of having the drunkards isolated until they are sobber and then mix them up with culprits while sobber. the drunkards are often beaten badly in their intoxication
