MUSEVENI RESHUFFLE/PROMOTION FRENZY CONTINUES UNABATED----KAYIHURA TO BECOME NEW DEFENCE MINISTER.
An impeccabe source has confirmed that Gen Kale Kayihura,the man who has militarised the Uganda police, is taking over as the new minister of defence, replacing Crispus Kiyonga, who is moving to the the ministry of East African affairs, that fell vacant following the death of Eliya Kategaya.The new inspector general of police wil be the current deputy IGP, Martin Okoth Ochola.Question is why Museveni is delayiing to announce these changes, which are already on paper since the High command meeting last week.
