[UAH] No more importing old cars.........Great, because none of them has brand new car apart from few ministers

if you were to buy a car less than 7 years old, it means u buy a 2006-2007 car. Even a a toyota corona will be too expensive.A five year old car driven on Ugandan roads would be in a worse condition( mechanical ) than it's counterpart twice its age ten yrs imported with twice the mileage and would save forex per unit. What I am pointing out here is the rate of depreciation in ug. Is way too high and the causes had better be addressed first ie, dust and pot-holes.This is like a woman who dreams of grandchildren yet she aborts each pregnancy.
