[UAH] UGANDA COULD DEGENERATE INTO VIOLENCE NEXT YEAR-USA REPORT

US Issued this statement and most people in uganda did not have much interest it.

Iam critically studying this report to understand why it was reported like that.

 A friend of mine has been telling that Uganda should expect political mayhem come 2016 or immediately after, and i asked him why... He clearly stated,

Government started by arresting Besigye.Muzoola,Samson Mande, then Brig Tumukunde (once in inner circle) and now Gen Sejjusa to be questioned by Police. he said what if more generals come out to make such statements--will the NRM Government arrest all of them, and what will be the implications politically and militarily.And if they are not arrested, what implications will it have to the common people of Uganda...He sounded too philosophical and academic but i was purturbed by his statements.
