[UAH] What is our President's definition of democracy?

Fellow Ugandans,

Democracy is not to be toyed with like a drunkard's chicken - keeping it ever under the specter of knife depending on how drunk they get! It is an institution - which is meant to prepare and move a nation's psyche and a whole swath of people into a communally desired direction - with the promise of enormous rewards to hard work through planned and targeted specific productivity goals, well designed to maximally benefit the polity - I would hope! What is our President's definition of Democracy?  There seems to be such a wide discrepancy with what the rest of the polity has set eyes and expectation upon.
