Within one week, government has borrowed 200 billion shillings, mainly from local banks, using treasury bills and bonds.According to market analysts this move may deter the reduction of bank interest rates and also cause reluctance among banks to lend to the private sector.
My generation and that of my boy will pay!The Banks belong to M7,friends & relatives. If they want they take all the money out of the bank & close. To prove that this point is correct most of the money that was stolen from OPM/pensions was chanalled through Cairo bank or oba Citibank. Much as there seems to be alot of Drama it rotates around M7. He is aware of all this stealing in his gov't & gets shares on the money & other resource looting. Those who execuse M7 don't understand uganda's current politics. I sat down & saw how things were being handled in uganda & came to conclusion that uganda's current major problem is m7. It's not corruption,poor service delivery,poor gov't programs but M7. All these evils have always taken place under his watch.
Borrowing 4 the untouchable numerous Kazindas' to steal again.It gives me nausea.I suppose they borrowed 2 fund the muhoozi project n Fund intelligence 2 find sejjussa
