This Muhoozi general who is said to be of mediocre achievements in military colleges definitely looks retarded and if not is a metal case about to erupt like that sleeping mountain in Kiga Bwoy's backyard - Virunga . I hate to say this but the man looks permanently confused - unsure. One doesnt need to be a psychologist to observe or deduce this in his facial demeanour. If all that can  lead Uganda for decades has to be a military man then there are indeed far many generals who have been better academic acheivers in military colleges than Muhoozi. For his father to forcedully stuff stale food like him deep in our throat is the biggest insult Uganda should not prepare to swallow.

Doe he look normal to you? Ever seen a smile on his face in any photo: and why so?

The answer is: Because he is permanently confused and appears not to even know he exists at all. Peeeeople, read the man in his photos and you will see a lot of troubles ahead for Uganda - bloody troubles, that is. That is the hallmark of a dictator who will fight his inability to understand society by oppressing them into infinite frequent submissions. Ever seen or fought a deaf man? Deaf people only understand pain and fear when they see tears. Otherwise, everything they see in a face is matter of fact, a victim laughing. That is how Muhhpzi will rule the country - Uganda giving him the chance.-
