[UAH] Overpopulation: The Making of a Myth

Dear UAH,

We often hear that, "Africa is over populated", or "the world is over populated". What scares me mostly is when this 'Over population' claim is used about Uganda. I had a feeling all along that this scare was a 'myth', but the more I heard of it, the less confident I became in believing that the world was not as the "Scientists" claimed.

A quick look at "overpopulation."

It started in England, coincidentally
when the British elite were trying
to eliminate the Irish.

Interestingly, the overpopulation
people are most enthusiastic about
reducing populations where there
are a lot of non-Anglo people
who are sitting on a lot of natural
resources they want. 

They never talk about reducing
the population of government
bureaucrats.
