[UAH] Tinye says he's ready to lead Uganda: Is he serious?

Folks;   Gen. Tinye is trying to sell us snake oil here.   For an insider whose exploits saw thousands of Ugandans executed in mass firing squads; under whose orders, entire villages were razed down,  and who ensured that ripening crops were destroyed in order to starve any surviving locals to slow death...this man has the guts to clothe his predicament as a struggle for alternative leadership.   No, Gen. Tinye, you do not belong to any group of Ugandans with clean claim to the presidency; you belong in Luzira.
