CASHIER PRESIDENT OR PRESIDENTIAL CASHIER?
There is no difference between 32 year regimes of Kinshasa's Mobutu Sese Seko and Museveni's 28 year regime in Kampala. People need the means to be effective change agents of their lives not charity. That is why talk of trade rather than aid has been discussed in the international development industry as an alternative that must be explored strategically and holisitically.
