Beni: civil society fears a Ugandan rebel attack against several cities

Civil society Beni accuses Ugandan rebel ADF / NALU prepare an attack against several cities of the country. According to its president Teddy Kataliko, for three days the rebels reinforced their positions around the town of Beni and the city Oicha.
Sources of civil society indicate that since Sunday evening a group of Ugandan rebels were positioned Kangwayi-Palmba, a village 25 km from the town of Beni and 5 km from the city of Oicha.

Kataliko Teddy says that ADF / NALU prepare a simultaneous attack against Beni Oicha and Mbau.
