I have a friend who had a motor cylcle accident on the way to Sturgis. Two doctors stopped and tried to comfort him, all one would do was take his jacket off to use as a pillow for my friend but wouldn't do any more. They both said their 'liability insurance' did not allow them to offer any help!
So there is another BIG contributing factor today against being a 'good samaritan,' you could end up being sued by an over zealous lawyer just looking to make a buck off of anybody!

Get real Slangwanger, he deliberately pursued an unarmed

teenager even after being told not to by the police, got into

an altercation with the teenager and then had his prayers

answered, he got to kill the teenager. And of course the

'greatest legal system in the world' let him off.

Unarmed like no arms? Anybody who watch TV knows that you can kill a person with your bare arms if you are strong enough. The wannabe thug thought he can teach the neighborhood watch a lesson with his knuckles. And he paid the price because he never learned caution.
