The media needs this clarification: Obwakamuswaga bw'e Kooki( the chiefdom or kingdom) is bigger than Rakai district. It comprises two districts, namely Lyantonde and Rakai. Rakai as a district is made of of three counties of Kakuuto, Kyotera and Kooki, while Lyantonde is made up of one county, Kabula.
