[UAH] UNSUBSCRIBE from all google groups and email distribution lists

Somehow we got subscribed to your e-mail distribution list/group and have
not been able to unsubscribe. This is the business e-mail for the Diocese
and the volume of emails being received is jamming our account so that we
cannot conduct business.

Thank you for removing us from all your forums, e-mail distributions, and
groups.
