{UAH} What do you think of these political proposals for Uganda by some commentators.

1.One-term presidency rotating on regional basis between North, West, East and Central.

2. 4 Vice Presidents from each of the four regions.

3. Cabinet cut to 17 and just a few presidential advisors retained.

4. Police boss should never be an army man ever again.

5. All cadre judges overhauled and only competent ones appointed.

6. Electoral Commission completely overhauled.
