I heard that a notorious witch-dcotor, Mama Fiina is also Presidential adviser on spiritual matters. Honestly, why can't she provide some spiritual guidance to Hon Jacob Lanywen Oulanya on his callous actions which creates the gap between Parliament and the People? Imagine this magnitude of demagoguery!

Sylvia Namutebi: Also known as Mama Fina, since she was elected head of traditional healers, she has been on a public relations drive, donating cars and cash to many, including would-be critics like priests and pastors and politicians.
